7 of my favorite fall recipes that are quick, warming, and delicious!
In Los Angeles it would be easy to forget we have an autumn if it weren’t for the daylight changing and the seasonal produce (and tons of pre-holiday decor) to remind us. Now that it’s autumn though, I’m very excited to enjoy warming soups and to wear cute jackets& scarves again.

OATMEAL WITH CHIA SEEDS, SUNFLOWER BUTTER AND PERSIMMONS
Less than 5 minutes to make and so yummy!
VEGGIE-RICH CRUSTLESS QUICHE
Prep this anytime during the week, then serve refrigerated slices for a quick veggie-rich breakfast you can warm in the toaster oven
This easy and delicious pesto can be made with raw greens or blanched (less bitter) and besides kale you can use chard, parsley, cilantro, arugula, beets or their greens for this delicious and colorful recipe. If you don’t mind a thicker pesto, you may even use an immersion blender to save the time of cleaning the food processor. Quick & Full of Greens & YUMMY!
