  • 1 cup vanilla coconut or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup seasonal fruit of choice

Instructions

  1. Mix Chia seeds with milk. Stir well and let set for 2-3 hours or overnight in the fridge
  2. Add chopped berries, apples, peaches, etc
  3. Enjoy!
