- 3 ribs of celery
- a few spoonfuls of nutbutter or sunflowerseed butter
- handful of raisins or dried cranberries or currants
- Rinse Celery stalk and trim off white bottoms and leafy tops. Cut celery into appx 3-4" slices
- Use a butter knife to scoop your favorite nutbutter from the jar and scrape into the celery.
- Line up a handful of dried fruits on top~ Voila!
