- 2 carrots shredded
- 4 dates
- 1 1/2 TBS coconut oil
- 2 TBS shredded coconut
- 3 TBS almond flour
- small dash each: sea salt cinnamon, nutmeg
- Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
- Roll into balls
- Refrigerate for 2 hours to harden and serve. They last for up to 2 weeks!
