Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, de-stemmed and rinsed
- 3 TBS trader joes tahini sauce (or tahini+ water+ lemon juice to thin)
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup dried fruit of choice (or roasted veggies)
- 1/4 nuts of choice
- optional: 1 cup cooked quinoa (highly recommended)
Instructions
- Chop kale into very small pieces. Combine with all ingredients and toss well.
