- 1 bunch kale de-stemmed and rinsed
- 3 TBS trader joes tahini sauce or tahini+ water+ lemon juice to thin
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup dried fruit of choice or roasted veggies
- 1/4 nuts of choice
- optional: 1 cup cooked quinoa highly recommended
- Chop kale into very small pieces. Combine with all ingredients and toss well.
