  • 1 persimmon or pear
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 TBS chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix chia seeds into yogurt.
  2. Chop fruit and nuts
  3. Layer nuts-fruit-yogurt in layers
  4. enjoy!
