Where does the produce come from?
All of the produce in our boxes is Organic and local from a network of organic farms in Southern California. The farms we work with all have different specialties: citrus fruits, apples, salad greens, vegetables, etc., which means that each week you will enjoy a variety of delicious seasonal foods. Can I choose what comes in the box?
Your subscription includes an assortment of at least 5-12 types of seasonal foods picked at their peak ripeness. It varies each week of the season based on availability. What if I do not like something in my share?
If you are allergic to or abhor a particular variety of food, please let us know. While we cannot guarantee special orders, we will do our best to adjust your box contents. Just reply to any email from us with a note about what you’d like excluded from your box. You may also consider trading with another subscriber, or sharing it with a neighbor, family member, or co-worker.
What if I get a bad fruit?
While this should not be the case since we have 3 levels of quality control, the produce IS organic and can spoil rapidly sometimes, so we are always happy to replace anything that arrives unusable. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the produce you receive, please email us so we can help to make sure you’re completely satisfied.
What if I canot make it on my delivery day?
You can put a box on hold by going to your account and clicking on the calendar day you wish to hold. All holds and changes must be placed 2 full days prior to your next scheduled delivery. You can also arrange for a friend or family member to pick up your box. We are not responsible for any boxes not picked up on the delivery day.
How do I pay?
You can pay securely on our website with any major credit card. Your subscription will continue uninterrupted unless you modify your order.You may hold or cancel at anytime and will not be charged as long as you place your hold 48hrs or more in advance of 12 am on your delivery Day. If your credit card does not run, your subscription will still be active and you will be billed retroactively. If for some reason you believe your box is missing, we must be notified by the end of your delivery day.
