- 1 head romaine
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup dressing or to taste
- 1/2 haas avocado diced
- Chop or tear romaine leaves.
- Toss in tomatoes and croutons ( I like to buy them every now and then from the local Italian deli).
- Toss with dressing and enjoy.
