- 1 bag beans tips trimmed with scissors
- 4 Tbs crumbled feta
- 4 Tbs sliced Almonds
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Blanch Green Beans in boiling water for 4 minutes until deep green.
- Quickly drain, optional icebath and drain.
- Toss with remaining ingredients. Delicious hot or cold.
