- 1 bunch fresh Kale stems removed [optional to blanch first or use raw]
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 ⁄2 cup chopped walnuts pine nuts or pecans
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon natural sea salt
- 1 ⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- optional 1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until it reaches your desired consistency. Taste and adjust the olive oil, sea salt. Sometimes I like to add lemon here
- Mix with your favorite pasta and chicken. Serve!
