- for 1 serving:
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 ripe persimmon
- Prepare oatmeal according to instructions on package.
- Add Chia Seeds and mix well.
- If not already sweetened, I like to add a teaspoon or so of maple syrup to sweeten.
- Top with a ripe persimmon chopped into small pieces. (Also great with Pears, Peaches, Berries...)
