- 4 cups finely chopped brussel sprouts
- 1 apple chopped into small slices
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup candied pecans
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- dash of white balsamic vinegar
- dash of maple syrup or agave
- Juice of 1 orange
- dash of sea salt
- Using a mandolin, carefully shred brussel sprouts into super fine pieces.
- Cut apples into small pieces
- Mix all dressing ingredients together then adjust to taste.
- Toss everything together and enjoy!
