- 1 pound strawberries tops removed
- 1 tbs agave or honey
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- Rinse strawberries, cut off tops and chop into quarters. Puree them in a bowl with an immersion blender. Stir in sweetener and chia seeds. Pour into a jar and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Serve with toast or yogurt or icecream. Will stay fresh up to 1 week in the fridge.
