  • 2 plain naan or flatbreads
  • 4 slices havarti cheese
  • 3 sprigs of fresh or dried rosemary
  • 1 handful dried cranberries


  • Cover bread with one layer of cheese slices.
  • Pinch the rosemary twig to pull off the leaves. Chop fine then prinkle them onto the bread.
  • Sprinkle cranberries evenly across the top.
  • Toast in the oven/toaster oven until cheese is melted.
  • Slice into strips for easy snacking
