stock or water
optional: 1 leek
Place all ingredients except honey in a medium pot with a lid and bring to a simmer.
Cook the turnips and leeks until they are tender, about 12 mins.
Add the honey and stir well and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Serve warm and add extra salt if desired to make the flavors pop
