  • 1 packet tikka masala paste
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 bunch carrots chopped into thick rounds
  • 1 head of cauliflower broken into florets
  • 1 pound of chicken breasts cubed


  • Chop veggies into large pieces and pour into the slow cooker.
  • Mix tikka masala packet with milk until the paste is integrated well.
  • Lay the chicken on top of the veggies.
  • Pour the masala sauce on top.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours. you may want to stir once around 5 hours.
  • Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
