Cut pomegranate into quarters (or 1/8's if the fruit is very large)
Hold quarter over a large bowl, with the seeds facing your hand.
Smack the outer skin with a spatula and watch the seeds fall into the large bowl below (I like to do this over the sink).
Repeat steps 2 & 3 until you've used all sections.
Eat seeds or transfer to a tupperware and store in the fridge.
