  • 1 head lettuce washed and chopped
  • 1 persimmon sliced thin
  • 1/2 apple sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans
  • Vinagrette Dressing to taste


  • Slice fruit into thin pieces, using a mandolin if you have it.
  • Toss remaining salad ingredients with vinaigrette dressing of choice.

I like to use a red wine vinaigrette or a citrus flavor with this salad.
