  • 1 bunch fresh Kale stems removed [optional to blanch first or use raw]
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 ⁄2 cup chopped walnuts pine nuts or pecans
  • 1 ⁄4 teaspoon natural sea salt
  • 1 ⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • optional 1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


  • Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until it reaches your desired consistency. Taste and adjust the olive oil, sea salt. Sometimes I like to add lemon here
  • Mix with your favorite pasta and chicken. Serve!
